Meditation retreat 28. 6.-4. 7. 2025
Waking up together
Venue: Tuněchodský mlýn (Czech Rep.)
Teacher: Ayya Anopama
In silence and together, what's it like to…
… pause and arrive in the here and now
… relax and accept things as they are
… open and expand our awareness in mutuality
… attune ourselves to emergence and yield to change, not knowing
… listen deeply, with the whole body, receive the world and
rest in it
… speak the truth, in kindness.
In this retreat we will explore
how we can be present within ourselves and with others through the power of
silent meditation and the practice of Insight Dialogue, listening deeply and
speaking from silence.
We will cultivate mindfulness and stillness as we explore different aspects of our human experience in the immediacy of the present moment. In the unconditional acceptance of our inner experience and in relationship with others, the door to compassion and liberating insight opens.
The retreat will include silent sitting and walking meditation as well as meditation in relation with others (Insight Dialogue) in groups of two or more with a precise direction of contemplation. There will also be time for mindful movement and to meet with the teacher.
The teachings will be offered in English with Czech translation. Prior experience in meditation or mindfulness is needed to participate in the retreat. Participants are asked to commit to participating for the entire retreat so we can weave a deep sense of community together.

The retreat will be held in noble silence except for Insight Dialogue practice. Please be prepared not to use your phone or other on-line devices during the retreat to protect your practice and that of others.
